The Invercargill Rock ‘n’ Roll Club was established in 1985. A group of like- minded people, around a few beers, in a local pub. With the drive to encourage the enjoyment of rock n roll music and dancing and to keep the era of the wild 1950’s alive and strong!
Currently the club have a strong membership of 140 adults and juniors.
The club is based on North Road in Waikiwi at our very own club Hall.
Throughout the year the club runs lessons for basic beginners, advanced and intermediate levels for all ages. Weekly club nights are held every Wednesday from 7.30pm and we hold major dances throughout the year. See the calendar for more details.
We are a very social friendly family orientated club so come along and join the fun of the most popular dance club in town.
